Modlitwa za Polskę – najczęściej zadawane pytania.

Who’s behind the idea?

The Website does not represent any organization, institution, company, or church and does not serve any political, social, economic, or charity purposes. Its only aim is to encourage people to pray for the change in the Polish society. The initiative is run by anonymous private persons who do not gain any profits from it.

It is not aimed against anyone, but many people can benefit from it!

Should we just pray and do nothing to help the change?

We do not encourage such an attitude. If you want to do something, do it as if everything depended on your work, but remember that everything we have and can achieve comes from God alone and without Him we work in vain.

How should I pray?

Pray as your heart tells you to and in a way that you feel most comfortable with. The most important thing is to pray daily and fervently.

We recommend to forgive all those who have sinned against you before you start to pray and to recognize the majesty of God to whom you are praying.

Is it only for Christians?

No, it isn’t. Everyone who believes in the only, true, living God and who cares about Poland is invited to join the prayer.

What if I am not a believer?

If you truly want to know the living God, ask Him to give you faith and help you know Him personally. If you ask honestly and faithfully, you won’t have to wait very long for God to answer you.

How can I join you if I don’t have an e-mail address?

You can either ask someone to register through their e-mail account ( one e-mail address can be used by up to 7 people), or start your own email account.

Can I join you if I’m not Polish?

Of, course. Anyone who sees the need of transformation in Poland can join us. The only difficulty can be the language barrier. If you don’t know Polish, then English and Russian are probably best to use on the website, as they are most commonly known foreign languages in Poland.

What if I forget to pray and skip the prayer a few times?

It can happen and that’s fine. What is important is to be honest about your weakness and try to be faithful to your commitment in the future.

However, if you decide to stop praying temporarily or permanently, sign in to your account and remove your mark from the “I pray for Poland everyday” box. You won’t be counted as a member until you tick the box again.

It is important that the box be ticked only by those who really pray daily. They ugly truth is better that the most beautiful lie.

Can I remove my account?

Yes, you can. To do that, you have to sign in to your account and click „Remove account”. Your profile and all your posts will not be visible anymore and the number of members will be diminished.

Can a prayer change anything?

No, a prayer cannot change anything, but the One to whom we pray can change everything.

What will happen when we will may?

I don’t know, but I am convinced that our God will not be indifferent to our prayer. He will do something we cannot do ourselves and we, who are praying now, will know that it is His work.

Does the number of people praying make a difference?

No, it doesn’t, but if you have children of your own, you know what difference there is between being asked for something by one of them and by all of them.

I am already a part of a different group that prays for Poland.

That’s great! The more such initiatives, the better.

The aim of this website is to unite people who pray in a common cause. Here we can see how many of us are praying and we can encourage one another.

If you are already praying for Poland, just register to this website and keep praying everyday!
